Ensure department organization
Communicate SOP direction and changes
Complete Industrial Truck (forklift) proficiency testing
Communicate inventory needs to management
Direct processing of merchandise
Assist processing of merchandise
Validate product placement
Validate product pricing
Assist customers with product questions
Assist customers with selections
Process customers at check-out
Process customer refunds
Process customer exchanges
Present ‘how-to’ classes
Follow cash acceptance procedures
Follow check acceptance procedures
