What You'll Do.
Support overall operation of d|bar
consistent service delivery
Assist with staff scheduling
visible presence on floor
Monitor service quality
Uphold service standards
Ensure exceptional guest experiences
Support beverage program execution
Greet and engage guests
Collaborate with Culinary and FOH leadership
Support special offerings and promotions
Maintain awareness of beverage trends
Monitor competitor activity
Support revenue generation initiatives
Prepare and review payroll reports
Monitor inventory levels
Participate in cost control
Participate in purchasing
Participate in waste reduction
Maintain clear communication
