Night & Weekend Shifts Required, Physically able to perform medium work exerting up to 50 pounds of force up to 20 pounds of force frequently and up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects, Visual requirements include clarity of vision at a distance of less than 20 inches to more than 20 feet, with or without field of color depth perception, Able to perform balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions, Exposure to noise, temperature extremes, and dampness continuously, Exposure to equipment movement hazards occasionally, Fast paced work environment, Pre employment drug screen required

Ability to solve practical variety of variables with limited interpret instructions, Ability to do arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages, Ability to file, post, and mail copy data from one record to interview to obtain basic guide people and provide basic direction, Over six months up to one year of similar or related experience
What You'll Do.
Assisting the Dairy Department Manager to present the freshest
most innovative and best quality products at a competitive retail price to customers
Maintaining a positive company image by providing courteous
and efficient customer service
Reviewing appearance of coolers and freezers
and removing damaged and outdated products
Ensuring department standards are met
Overseeing part-time dairy and frozen employees – outlining duties
Training new employees
Handling and satisfying customer issues
Ensuring department is clean and neat
and logging in record book daily
Understanding and practicing proper sanitation procedures
Maintaining strict adherence to department and company guidelines related to personal hygiene and dress
Adhering to company policies and individual store guidelines
Reporting to work when scheduled and on time

Supporting customers and team members; Providing courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service to customers and team members; Interacting with customers, suppliers/vendors, and the general public; Contacting federal/state governmental or regulatory agencies for inspections
