Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field, Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in FMCG sales, distributor management, or channel development, Experience managing distributors and trade execution in general trade or modern trade channels

Lead and coach distributor sales teams

Review secondary sales performance

Implement corrective actions

Manage and optimize inventory levels

Work closely with logistics

Conduct regular market visits

Monitor stock accuracy

Execute approved trade marketing plans

Support new product launches

Prepare and present reports

Analyze promotional ROI

Build and maintain relationships
