Anantara Lawana Koh Samui Resort is a refined beachfront retreat on the quieter edge of Chaweng, where contemporary island luxury is shaped by Koh Samui’s Sino-Thai heritage and open-air, garden-framed living. The Cost Controller is responsible for monitoring and controlling the hotel's Food, Beverage, and General Store costs to ensure efficient operations and profitability. This role oversees inventory management, stock control, receiving procedures, monthly stock counts, and cost reporting. The Cost Controller works closely with all operational departments to maintain accurate inventory records, minimize waste, and ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures. ## Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Previous experience in Cost Control or Hotel Accounting preferred. * Strong analytical and numerical skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and hotel management systems. * Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
