What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, Active CPA required, 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, at least 3 years in consolidation and financial reporting, Deep knowledge of U. S. GAAP, experience operating in a GAAP-compliant environment, Proven experience leading or supporting system implementations, integrations, or accounting transformations, experience with Workday Adaptive (modeling, integrations, reporting), Advanced Excel skills, building scalable models, reporting templates, Demonstrated ability to lead change, executing tactically, Experience working across multiple entities, geographies, or business units
Nice to Have
Experience in the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry, Prior experience supporting M&A integration activities, Experience managing or influencing teams in multiple locations

Ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting
Coordinate and consolidate financial statements
Own and maintain Accounting Policy Manual
Lead annual external audit
Partner with tax firm
Serve as primary administrator for Workday Adaptive
Own administration and optimization of SAP Concur
Develop and maintain process for tracking EBITDA adjustments
Play key role in post-acquisition integrations
Identify opportunities to streamline processes

Partner closely with business-unit controllers
Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting
