Location: Raleigh, North Carolina (fully in-person, 5-days a week) POSITION SUMMARY Tiverton is seeking a proactive and resourceful Assistant Controller, Fund Operations who can provide the highest quality financial strategy and accounting acumen for Tiverton, while also undertaking various other tasks required at a fast-growing company. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented problem solver with the desire to work in a dynamic environment. This position will be an integral part of the Tiverton team and provide critical support to both the accounting department and the organization. The successful Assistant Controller, Fund Operations will be self-motivated and energized by working with a group of thoughtful, smart, and skilled colleagues. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage and assist with quarterly and yearly fund financial statements including the annual audit process * Coordinate with and review the work of third-party fund administrators, including NAV calculations, capital activity, investor allocations, and financial reporting deliverables * Help provide technical accounting and tax guidance related to fund structures and investment vehicles * Lead coordination and review of annual tax filings and compliance in partnerships with external tax provider * Assist with cash management, monitoring credit lines & covenants, and various other cash forecasting * Support investor requests such as fund performance and special projects as they aris
