Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements for Core HCM processes

Provide support for system upgrades
and stakeholder engagement with HR
Configure Core HCM business processes
including employee records
and organizational structures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of Core HCM processes with other Workday modules
Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline HR processes
partnering with HR leaders to implement improvements
Support global reporting and analytics related to Workday technology on a daily basis
Troubleshoot complex security and business process issues requiring deep Workday expertise
Assist with technology-related activities for acquisitions

Develop and document test scenarios to validate new features
Guide cross functional teams on configuration approaches
and system best practices
