What You'll Do.
Oversee and direct programs and initiatives of Finance
Lead and manage all accounting functions and staff
Develop and oversee financial reporting processes
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes
Develop and mentor each administrative function
Provide leadership in annual goal setting
Provide leadership in budgeting for the company
Function as a business partner to operations
Provide operational data and metrics
Ensure all financial information is complete
Provide oversight to direct reports in financial accounting
Collaborate with leadership with a cross-department team
Champion and maximize usage of an ERP system
