Must Have
Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, Previous 3rd party multi-family property management experience, Previous experience leading or managing a team of accountants, Excellent critical reasoning, quantitative, and analytical skills, Deep understanding of financial concepts, Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, Proven organizational skills with attention to detail

CPA Eligible or CPA Preferred
What You'll Do.
Supervise accounting for a specific team
Ensure delivery of financial statements
Communicate regularly with clients
Respond to accounting questions
Reconcile bank statements
Monitor monthly operating results
Prepare and approve financial budgets
Respond to financial audit requests
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Regular interaction with clients and auditors; Coordinate with the Controller and CFO; Coordinate with other Assistant controllers; Coordinate with operational team members; Support a team of assistant controllers
