What You'll Do.

Assist Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational

Complete accounting and bookkeeping tasks

Prepare monthly close-out and financial reports

Process invoices for payment

Complete bank deposits

and account reconciliations

Use property management software to record

Complete daily transactions and tasks related to financial

Reconcile bank accounts

Enter all required fields correctly in property management

Complete updates and back-ups for system integrity

Review resident files and accounting records for unpaid/late

Communicate with residents regarding outstanding balances

Implement procedures for collecting on delinquencies

Enforce lease to maximize revenue

Review and submit vendor invoices for payment

Reconcile work performed or products purchased

Obtain community manager approval for invoices

Code charges to appropriate Chart of Account codes

Manage communication between vendor

Follow established procedures related to evictions

Follow proper notice requirements for evictions

Represent community in court hearings and eviction proceedings

Process resident move-outs

Review lease terms and notice requirements for move-outs

Apply appropriate deposit and lease cancellation fees

Process disposition in accordance with procedures and legal

Promote resident satisfaction and retention

Respond to complaints

Resolve and address service issues

Act as on-site supervisor in absence of community

Organize and delegate daily work

Coordinate maintenance and make-ready tasks with maintenance supervisor

Manage community operation in compliance with Company policies

Assist in managing client/owner relationship

Conduct community tours

Provide updates and information about community performance

Assist leasing and marketing efforts
