Eligibility Requirements

On call 9am-6pm, Subject to change depending on business needs, Valid driver's license to drive a golf cart on property, Frequent exposure to outside elements, Access all exterior and interior parts of the property and amenities, Push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty (20) pounds independently, Push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to fifty (50) pounds with assistance, Routine local travel may be required, Rare or occasional travel may be required

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3-5 years of assistant community management experience, Experience with rent collections, delinquency management, and resident account reconciliation, Yardi and Rent Cafe experience, Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field, 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience in residence life and/or property management, Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Demonstrated proficiency in Internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs, Proficiency in using property management software (Yardi, OneSite, Entrata, etc.)

Nice to Have

Understanding of Fair Housing laws and landlord/tenant regulations

What You'll Do.

Complete daily financial transactions

Collect and post rent

Prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile accounts

Prepare financial reports

Process invoices and payables

Operate property management software

Review resident files for unpaid fees

Communicate with residents regarding balances

Implement delinquency collection procedures

Enforce lease to maximize revenue

Review and submit vendor invoices for payment

Manage vendor/contractor communication

Follow eviction procedures

Process resident move-outs

Promote resident satisfaction and retention

Respond to resident complaints and requests

Resolve service issues

Act as on-site supervisor in manager's absence

Organize and delegate daily work

Coordinate maintenance and make-ready tasks

Manage community operations

Assist in managing client/owner relationships

Conduct community tours

Provide community performance updates

Respond to owner requests

Assist leasing and marketing efforts

Greet prospective residents

Gather prospect information

Show apartments and models

Assist prospective resident with application

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work as a collaborative member of a team; Coordinate with maintenance supervisor; Manage communication between vendor/contractor, accounting, and client/owner; Assist in managing client/owner relationship
