Support and assist Community Manager

Oversee financial facets of community

Oversee operational facets of community

Complete accounting tasks

Complete bookkeeping tasks

Prepare monthly close-out reports

Prepare financial reports

Process invoices for payment

Collect other payments

Complete bank deposits

Complete dispositions

Complete account reconciliations

Record financial workings

Track financial workings

Report financial workings

Enter required fields correctly

Complete system updates

Complete system back-ups

Review resident files

Review accounting records

Determine unpaid fees

Communicate with residents

Implement procedures for collecting delinquencies

Enforce lease to maximize revenue

Review vendor invoices
