What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent, Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day operation of an apartment community, Communication, Presentation, and Delivery Skills with ability to connect to people at all levels, Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs for reporting purposes, Proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site), Current Valid Driver's License, Must be available to work on weekends when scheduled, Must be able to perform the essential job functions unaccompanied, Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance

Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day operation of an apartment community
What You'll Do.
Support and assist the Community Manager in overseeing and managing the financial and operational facets of the community
Complete accounting and reporting tasks
Prepare monthly close-out and financial reports
Process invoices for payment
Complete bank deposits
and account reconciliations
Use the property management system to record
and report on all financial workings of the property
Support leasing and marketing efforts to achieve the property's revenue and occupancy goals
Complete the daily transactions and tasks related to the financial operation of the community
Review and submit invoices from vendors
and service providers for payment
and interpret market and economic trends that may impact the property and recommend improvements
Keep informed of changes in technology
industry and standards
leasing and sales tools and processes
Manage the lease enforcement process
Conduct property tours and provide updates on property’s performance and meet with client as needed
Manage contractors and vendors
Promote resident satisfaction
and general appearance and appeal of property
Report any mechanical and electrical equipment malfunctions as well as employee/visitor/resident injuries or accidents
Ensure property maintenance team complies with Company’s standards regarding service requests
Act as the on-site supervisor in the absence of the Community Manager
Stay informed about current market and competitor conditions
Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans and goals to sustain occupancy
Follow the property's established policies related to concessions
and other programs to boost occupancy
