What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or GED required, A minimum of 1 year of experience in property management is required, Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, organizational and time-management abilities, Proficiency with computers and standard office software, Ability to sit for long periods using office equipment, as well as walk the community and lift supplies as needed

Build a welcoming atmosphere

Handle resident concerns
Prepare bills and statements
Ensure all rent is collected
Complete legal action and notices
Assist with home readiness
Coordinate move-in paperwork
Ensure maintenance requests completed
