Industry & Context.
Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions., Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property., physically access all exterior and interior parts of the property and amenities., push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance., Routine local travel may be required to make bank deposits, attend training classes, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position., Rare or occasional travel may be required to attend business meetings, training programs, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field, 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience in residence life and/or property management, Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of a team
What You'll Do.
Complete daily financial transactions and tasks
Operate property management software
Review resident files for unpaid fees
Submit vendor invoices for payment
Follow established eviction procedures
Process resident move-outs
Promote resident satisfaction and retention
Act as on-site supervisor in absence of community manager
Assist in managing client/owner relationship
Assist and/or support leasing and marketing efforts
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
work independently and as a collaborative member of a team; coordinating maintenance and make-ready tasks with the maintenance supervisor; managing communication between the vendor/contractor, accounting, and the client/owner; meeting with the owners; providing updates and information about the community’s performance
