1-2 years of related experience, Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field, 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience in residence life and/or property management, Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Detail-oriented and self-motivated, Ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of a team, Valid driver's license, Ability to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the community and amenities, Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance

What You'll Do.

Complete daily transactions and tasks related to the

Collect and post rent

Prepare daily bank deposits

Reconcile bank accounts

Prepare financial reports

Process invoices and payables

Operate property management software

Enter all required fields correctly

Complete updates and back-ups to ensure system integrity

Review resident files and accounting records to determine

Communicate with residents regarding outstanding balances

Implement procedures for collecting on delinquencies

Enforce the lease to maximize revenue

Review and submit invoices from vendors

Reconcile work performed or products purchased

Obtain community manager approval

Code charges to appropriate Chart of Account codes

Manage communication between the vendor/contractor

Follow Company's established procedures related to evictions

Follow proper notice requirements

Represent the community in court hearings and eviction

Process resident move-outs

Review lease terms and notice requirements

Apply appropriate deposit and lease cancellation fees

Process the disposition in accordance with established procedures

Promote resident satisfaction and retention

Respond to complaints

Take appropriate action to resolve and address service

Act as the on-site supervisor in the absence

Organize and delegate daily work

Coordinate maintenance and make-ready tasks with the maintenance

Manage the operation of the community in compliance

Assist in managing the client/owner relationship

Conduct community tours

Provide updates and information about the community’s performance

Respond to owner requests

Assist and/or support leasing and marketing efforts

Greet prospective residents

Gather information about the prospect via the Guest

Show ready apartments and models

Close and obtain the lease deposit

Assist the prospective resident in completing the rental
