Oversee financial facets of community

Complete accounting tasks
Complete bookkeeping tasks
Prepare monthly close-out reports
Prepare financial reports
Process invoices for payment
Complete bank deposits
Complete dispositions
Complete account reconciliations
Use property management software to record financial workings
Use property management software to track financial workings

Complete daily transactions related to financial operation
Prepare daily bank deposits
Reconcile bank accounts
Enter required fields correctly in property management software
Complete updates and back-ups in property management software
Review resident files for unpaid fees

Implement procedures for collecting delinquencies
Enforce lease to maximize revenue
