What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field, 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience in residence life and/or property management, Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of a team, Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions, Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property
What You'll Do.
Complete daily financial operations
Operate property management software
Review resident files for unpaid fees
Submit vendor invoices for payment
Follow established eviction procedures
Process resident move-outs
Promote resident satisfaction and retention
Act as on-site supervisor
Assist in managing client/owner relationship
Assist with leasing activities
Attend events and activities
Maintain confidentiality of resident information
