What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Previous property management experience, High school diploma or equivalent, professional knowledge of business discipline, Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Detail-oriented, self-motivated, ability to work independently, collaborative member of a team, valid driver's license
Nice to Have
fee management, Proficient in MS Office Suite, Yardi/OneSite software, financially previous experience in creating/adhering to budgets, fiscal reporting, proficiency in using property management software (Yardi, OneSite, Entrata, etc.)
What You'll Do.
Oversee and manage financial facets of the community
Complete accounting and bookkeeping tasks
Prepare monthly close-out and financial reports
Process invoices for payment
Complete bank deposits
and account reconciliations
and report on financial workings
Review and submit invoices from vendors
Process resident move-outs
Respond to resident questions and concerns
Partner with office and marketing teams
Act as on-site supervisor in absence of Community Manager
Manage client/owner relationship
Assist leasing and marketing efforts
Review completed move in files
