What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field, 1-3 years of relevant experience in residence life and/or property management, Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Detail-oriented and self-motivated, Ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of a team, Valid driver's license

What You'll Do.
Collect and post rent
Prepare daily bank deposits
Reconcile bank accounts
Prepare financial reports
Process invoices and payables
Operate property management software
Enter required fields correctly in software
Complete updates and back-ups in software
Review resident files for unpaid/late fees
Communicate with residents regarding outstanding balances
Implement procedures for collecting delinquencies
Enforce lease to maximize revenue
Review and submit vendor invoices for payment
Reconcile work performed or products purchased
Obtain community manager approval for invoices
Code charges to appropriate Chart of Account codes
Manage communication between vendor
Follow established procedures related to evictions
Follow proper notice requirements for evictions
Represent the community in court hearings and eviction
Process resident move-outs
Review lease terms and notice requirements for move-outs
Apply appropriate deposit and lease cancellation fees
Process disposition in accordance with procedures and legal
Respond to complaints
Resolve and address service issues
Organize and delegate daily work in absence of
Coordinate maintenance and make-ready tasks
Manage community operation in compliance with Company policies
Conduct community tours
Provide updates and information about community performance
Respond to owner requests
Greet prospective residents
Gather prospect information via Guest Card
Show ready apartments and models
Close and obtain lease deposit
