Must Have
1-2 years Assistant property management experience, Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field, 1-3 years relevant experience in residence life and/or property management, Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections, Valid driver's license

To learn more, visit [www.greystar.com](http://www.greystar.com). **JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY** This role supports and assists the Community Manager in overseeing and managing the financial and operational facets of the community by completing accounting and bookkeeping tasks, preparing monthly close-out and financial reports, processing invoices for payment, collecting rent, fees, and other payments, completing bank deposits, dispositions, and account reconciliations, and using the property management software to record, track, and report on all financial workings of the community. **JOB DESCRIPTION** **Property Type: Stabilized** **Unit Count: 266 Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday; 9am-6pm *subject to change depending on business needs.** **Requirements: 1-2 years of Assistant property management experience required. Strong ability to multitask, handle delinquency and collections and affordable experience is a plus. OneSite experience, time management, customer service and strong communication is preferred.** **Housing Discount: This position is eligible for 20% housing discount.**
