What You'll Achieve.
Maximize revenue; Ensure integrity of the system; Promote resident satisfaction and retention; Manage the operation of the community in compliance with Company policies

Valid driver's license, Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance, Routine local travel may be required, Rare or occasional travel may be required
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field, 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience in residence life and/or property management, Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of a team
What You'll Do.
Complete daily financial transactions
Operate property management software
Review resident files for unpaid fees
Communicate with residents regarding balances
Review and submit vendor invoices
Follow eviction procedures
Process resident move-outs
Respond to resident complaints
Organize and delegate daily work
Assist in managing client/owner relationships
Greet prospective residents
Show apartments and models
Assist with rental applications

Cross-functional coordination; Vendor/stakeholder management; Collaborative member of a team; Coordinate with maintenance supervisor; Manage communication between vendor/contractor, accounting, and client/owner
