What You'll Do.

Collect and post rent

Prepare daily bank deposits

Reconcile bank accounts

Prepare financial reports

Process invoices and payables

Operate property management software

Enter required fields correctly in software

Complete software updates and back-ups

Review resident files for unpaid/late fees

Communicate with residents regarding outstanding balances

Implement procedures for collecting delinquencies

Enforce lease to maximize revenue

Review and submit vendor invoices for payment

Reconcile work performed or products purchased

Obtain community manager approval for invoices

Code charges to appropriate Chart of Account codes

Manage communication between vendor

Follow established procedures related to evictions

Process resident move-outs

Review lease terms and notice requirements

Apply appropriate deposit and lease cancellation fees

Process disposition in accordance with procedures

Respond to resident complaints

Resolve and address resident service issues

Organize and delegate daily work in manager's absence

Coordinate maintenance and make-ready tasks
