Valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property, Office environment with potential exposure to outside elements, Ability to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the property and amenities, Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance, Routine local travel may be required, Rare or occasional travel may be required
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field, 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience in residence life and/or property management, Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of a team
Nice to Have
Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions, Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property
What You'll Do.
Assist Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational facets
Complete accounting and bookkeeping tasks
Prepare monthly close-out and financial reports
Process invoices for payment
Complete bank deposits
and account reconciliations
Use property management software to record
Operate property management software correctly
Review resident files for unpaid fees
Communicate with residents regarding outstanding balances
Implement procedures for collecting delinquencies
Enforce lease to maximize revenue
Submit vendor invoices for payment
Manage communication between vendor
Follow established procedures related to evictions
Process resident move-outs according to procedures
Promote resident satisfaction and retention
Respond to resident complaints
Act as on-site supervisor in absence of Community Manager
Organize and delegate daily work
Coordinate maintenance and make-ready tasks
Manage community operation in compliance with policies
Assist in managing client/owner relationship
Conduct community tours
Provide updates on community performance
Respond to owner requests
Assist leasing and marketing efforts
Greet prospective residents
Gather prospect information
Show apartments and models
Close and obtain lease deposit
Assist prospective resident in completing rental application
Review completed move-in files (California Only)

Team & Collaboration
Collaborative member of a team; Coordinate maintenance and make-ready tasks with maintenance supervisor; Manage communication between vendor, accounting, and client/owner; Assist in managing client/owner relationship; Meet with owners; Conduct community tours; Provide updates and information about community’s performance; Respond to owner requests as needed
