What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field, 1-3 years of relevant experience in residence life and/or property management, Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of a team, Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions, Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property, Demonstrated proficiency in Internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs, Proficiency in using property management software (Yardi, OneSite, Entrata, etc.)

What You'll Do.
Complete accounting and bookkeeping tasks
Prepare monthly close-out and financial reports
Process invoices for payment
Complete bank deposits
and account reconciliations
Use property management software to record
Operate property management software and complete transactions
Review resident files and accounting records
Communicate with residents regarding outstanding balances
Implement procedures for collecting on delinquencies
Enforce the lease to maximize revenue
Review and submit invoices from vendors
Manage communication between vendor
Follow established procedures related to evictions
Process resident move-outs
Respond to resident complaints
Organize and delegate daily work
Coordinate maintenance and make-ready tasks
Manage community operation in compliance with policies
Assist in managing client/owner relationship
Greet prospective residents
Gather information about prospects
Show ready apartments and models
Assist prospective resident in completing rental application
Review all completed move in files

Work as a collaborative member of a team; Coordinate maintenance and make-ready tasks with the maintenance supervisor; Manage communication between the vendor/contractor, accounting, and the client/owner as needed; Assist in managing the client/owner relationship
