Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field, 1-3 years relevant experience in residence life and/or property management, Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections, Demonstrated proficiency in Internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs, Valid driver's license

Experience in community management, sales, marketing, and customer service background
What You'll Do.
Complete daily transactions and tasks related to financial
Collect and post rent
Prepare daily bank deposits
Reconcile bank accounts
Prepare financial reports
Process invoices and payables
Operate property management software
Enter required fields correctly
Complete updates and back-ups
Review resident files and accounting records
Communicate with residents regarding outstanding balances
Implement procedures for collecting on delinquencies
Enforce the lease to maximize revenue
Review and submit invoices from vendors
Reconcile work performed or products purchased
Obtain community manager approval
Code charges to appropriate Chart of Account codes
Manage communication between vendor
Follow established procedures related to evictions
Represent the community in court hearings and eviction
Process resident move-outs
Review lease terms and notice requirements
Apply appropriate deposit and lease cancellation fees
Process disposition in accordance with established procedures and
Promote resident satisfaction and retention
Respond to complaints
Take appropriate action to resolve service issues
Act as on-site supervisor in absence of community
Organize and delegate daily work
Coordinate maintenance and make-ready tasks
Manage community operation in compliance with Company policies
Assist in managing client/owner relationship
Conduct community tours
Provide updates and information about community's performance
