Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field, 1-3 years of relevant experience in residence life and/or property management, Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections, Valid driver's license

Proficiency in Yardi, OneSite, Entrata, etc.

What You'll Do.

Assist Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational

Complete accounting and bookkeeping tasks

Prepare monthly close-out and financial reports

Process invoices for payment

Complete bank deposits

and account reconciliations

and report on financial workings using

Enter all required fields correctly in property management

Complete updates and back-ups in property management software

Review resident files and accounting records for unpaid/late

Communicate with residents regarding outstanding balances

Implement procedures for collecting on delinquencies

Enforce lease to maximize revenue

Review and submit invoices from vendors

Reconcile work performed or products purchased

Obtain community manager approval for invoices

Code charges to appropriate Chart of Account codes

Manage communication between vendor

Follow Company's established procedures related to evictions

Follow proper notice requirements for evictions

Represent the community in court hearings and eviction

Process resident move-outs

Review lease terms and notice requirements for move-outs

Apply appropriate deposit and lease cancellation fees

Process disposition in accordance with established procedures and

Respond to complaints

Take appropriate action to resolve and address service

Organize and delegate daily work in absence of

Coordinate maintenance and make-ready tasks with maintenance supervisor

Manage community operation in compliance with Company policies

Conduct community tours

Provide updates and information about community's performance

Respond to owner requests

Greet prospective residents

Gather information about prospects via Guest Card

Show ready apartments and models

Close and obtain lease deposit
