What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field, 8+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or related fields, Exceptional writing and message development skills in both English and Japanese, logical thinking and analytical skills, Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, A desire to advance in a communications career and take on increased responsibilities in the future

Nice to Have

preferably within a multinational company, Experience managing PR agencies and digital communications agencies is highly desirable, Experience in managing corporate identity and creating sales tools such as case studies and brochures

What You'll Do.

Assist in developing internal communication strategies

Coordinate and manage internal events

Craft internal newsletters

Manage relationships with public relations agencies

Draft and distribute press releases

Monitor media coverage and report on key metrics

Cultivate and maintain relationships with key journalists

Collaborate with digital agencies on strategies

Oversee website content development and maintenance

Manage social media channels

Analyze digital communication metrics

Manage corporate identity for sales tools

Support external event development and execution

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams

Promote company's employer brand

Develop content highlighting company culture

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

collaborating closely with both the APAC and global communications teams; Work closely with the Communications Director and other team members; Collaborate with both APAC and global communications teams; Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams; Collaborate with sales and marketing teams; ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
