And that’s where you come in. **Job Description:** **Key Responsibilities/Duties** **Support Daily Commissioning Activities** Assist the Senior Commissioning Manager in the day‑to‑day execution and coordination of onsite commissioning operations. **Deputise for the Senior Commissioning Manager** Act as Deputy when required, maintaining continuity of leadership, decision‑making, and operational control. **Participate in Gate Reviews** Serve as an active member of the Gate Review Team to evaluate readiness, progress, and compliance at each project milestone. **Attend Stakeholder Meetings** Represent the commissioning function at regular coordination meetings with the Engineer and the Employer, as required. **Lead HRSTS Commissioning Strategy Reviews** Lead reviews on commissioning strategy, planning, methodologies, and execution across the full project lifecycle. **Engage in System Integration Meetings** Participate in internal and external system integration meetings to ensure interfaces, dependencies, and testing requirements are aligned. **Monitor Test Documentation Compliance** Review and track test plans, procedures, and reports uploaded to Aconex, ensuring they meet all project, quality, and audit requirements. **Prepare Monthly Reports** Prepare or review monthly commissioning activity reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with defined KPIs and project expectations.
