How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate onsite commissioning operations; Act as Deputy when required; Serve as an active member of the Gate Review Team; Represent the commissioning function at regular coordination meetings with the Engineer and the Employer; Participate in internal and external system integration meetings; Work closely with the CRO team

Represent the commissioning function at regular coordination meetings
Process & Methodology
Coordination of onsite commissioning operations, Maintaining continuity of leadership, decision-making, and operational control, Evaluating readiness, progress, and compliance at each project milestone, Leading reviews on commissioning strategy, planning, methodologies, and execution across the full project lifecycle, Ensuring interfaces, dependencies, and testing requirements are aligned, Tracking test plans, procedures, and reports, Preparing monthly commissioning activity reports, Assisting in preparing test procedures, Contributing to onsite system integration tests and multidisciplinary commissioning activities, Ensuring test execution is carried out safely and in full compliance with operational and safety protocols, Undertaking any other responsibilities assigned by the Senior Commissioning Manager to support successful project delivery
