driving club performance; ensuring all areas are clean, stocked, and ready for morning open; delivering a positive service experience to members; providing Grand Opening Look Daily (GOLD) club conditions; ensuring food safety and operational excellence; driving execution; guaranteeing service excellence; ensuring daily execution of GOLD Member Standards are met; monitoring engagement levels; resolving Member concerns; maintaining club standards; raising the bar; ensuring club is at plan or better for all Bottom Quartile core KPIs relevant to role; achieving financial performance; meeting or exceeding Labor and Supply Plans for your club; driving performance and profitability; driving efficiency; driving improvement in underperforming areas; closing performance gaps; enhancing the overall member experience

Must maintain all training and required certifications, Frequent movement on hard surfaces, occasional bending, pulling, and reaching, Regular lifting of up to 30 occasional heavier lifting with assistance, Exposure to temperature extremes and loud noises within perishable areas, Potential exposure to cleaning agents
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
SERV Safe certification required, Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Email) required, Open shift availability required, Must be at least 18 years of age
Nice to Have
2 years of experience in retail, supermarket, or warehouse perishable operations preferred, Experience in managing inventory turnover and waste reduction strategies, college degree preferred
What You'll Do.
providing leadership and direction within the club
driving club performance
and Perishable departments (Produce
Dairy/Freezer) as well as overnight prep
ensuring all areas are clean
and ready for morning open
maintaining policies and procedures
delivering a positive service experience to members
providing Grand Opening Look Daily (GOLD) club conditions
assisting in audit compliance efforts
driving collaboration with Business Partners (BPs)
overseeing onboarding
serving as Manager on Duty (MOD) for the club as needed
taking full responsibility for club operations
and Member engagement during assigned shifts
owning end-of-day execution
maintaining GOLD Standards through close
ensuring full-functioning departments through closing
supporting Member issue resolution
driving in-stock and freshness
enforcing sanitation standards
leading Recovery team productivity
utilizing tools effectively
supporting audit readiness
maintaining equipment functionality
coaching onboarding and certifications
driving improvement in underperforming areas
conducting quality and date checks
performing other duties as assigned
operating safely and efficiently
