Must maintain all training and required certifications., Must maintain a valid ServSafe Food Safety Certification in good standing., In Florida, must obtain a qualifier certification through the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services for retail propane oversight., Must complete yearly certification for a forklift license., Frequent movement on hard surfaces and occasional bending, pulling, and reaching., Regular lifting of up to 30 occasional heavier lifting with assistance., Exposure to temperature extremes and loud noises within perishable areas., Potential exposure to cleaning agents.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
SERV Safe certification required, Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Email) required, Open shift availability required, Must be at least 18 years of age
Nice to Have
2 years of experience in retail, supermarket, or warehouse perishable operations preferred, High school diploma college degree preferred
What You'll Do.

Overseeing onboarding
and training to ensure food safety and operational excellence.
Serving as Manager on Duty (MOD) for the club as needed
taking full responsibility for club operations
and Member engagement during assigned shifts.
Owning end-of-day execution.
Leading by presence on the floor during closing hours.
Maintaining GOLD Standards through close.
Ensuring full-functioning departments through closing.
Supporting Member issue resolution.
Driving in-stock and freshness.
Enforcing sanitation standards.
Leading Recovery team productivity.
Utilizing tools effectively.
Supporting audit readiness.
Maintaining equipment functionality.
Coaching onboarding and certifications.
Driving improvement in underperforming areas.
Conducting quality and date checks.
Performing other duties as assigned.
