Must Have
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, Previous experience in a butler or a related management role in the hospitality industry, leadership, management and problem-solving skills, Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, Attention to detail and a commitment to high service standards
Nice to Have
preferably in a luxury or high-end environment
What You'll Do.
Ensure personalized service for all guests
Oversee the daily operations of the butler service
Train and mentor new and existing staff
Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure proper care of equipment
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss service improvements
Closely communication and share staff challenges
