Must Have
Minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible supervisory or management experience in a similar role, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, Mathematical aptitude, Comfort learning and using manual and automated systems, Prior experience working with a variety of computer software programs, Thrive in a hands-on setting that involves extended periods of standing, heavy lifting, and work that may be performed in cooler, freezer, and outdoor conditions, Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Partner with Department Manager to lead delivery of food and service experiences
Provide hands-on leadership
and operational support

Execute departmental strategies and achieve goals
Support team development through training and coaching

Prepare and cook fresh offerings for stations
Support daily department operations
