Must Have
Completion of a post-secondary program with an emphasis in Culinary Management, minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible supervisory or management experience in a similar role, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, Mathematical aptitude, Comfort learning and using manual and automated systems, Prior experience working with a variety of computer software programs, Thrive in a hands-on setting that involves extended periods of standing, heavy lifting, Work that may be performed in cooler, freezer, and outdoor conditions, Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
