Associate degree or completion of 18+ months of education after high school, Must be a U. S. Citizen and have SOFA status, 0–1 years of related work experience, analytical skills with an in-depth understanding of information systems, Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlookail, and Internet-based tools, Excellent customer service skills with a focus on student and stakeholder engagement, Working knowledge of general office procedures and equipment, Ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment, both verbally and in writing, organizational skills and attention to detail, Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Aviation background or related experience preferred, Experience working in higher education, student services, or military education environments is a plus

Maintain student data
Monitor enrollment trends
Enforce University policies
Serve in acting leadership capacity
Maintain professional presence
Collaborate with Campus Director
Provide student services
Maintain student contact
Support student retention initiatives
Prepare reports and correspondence
Monitor campus budget expenditures
Support campus financial integrity
