What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–4 years of hands-on experience in camp operations, facilities maintenance, or remote site environments, Familiarity with camp infrastructure including incinerators, generators, PACTO toilets, and utility systems, practical maintenance abilities, proactive, problem-solving mindset, Ability to work independently and as part of a team in remote conditions, Valid First Aid certification, WHMIS, Possession and Acquisition Licence (PAL)
What You'll Do.
Support Camp Manager in overseeing daily camp operations
Assist with operation
and maintenance of incinerators
Assist with operation
and maintenance of PACTO toilets
Assist with operation
and maintenance of water filtration systems
Assist with operation
and maintenance of waste management processes
Help troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on electrical systems
Help troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on plumbing systems
Help troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on generator systems
Help troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on water systems
Collaborate closely with culinary team to coordinate inventory
Collaborate closely with culinary team to track supplies
Collaborate closely with culinary team to ensure consistent delivery of camp resources
Step into leadership responsibilities in Camp Manager’s absence
