What You'll Do.
Direct Extended Care program
Plan Extended Care activities
Train Extended Care staff
Supervise Extended Care program
Create safe environment
Balance camper safety
Balance operational needs
Balance staff support
Maintain staffing ratios
Release camp counselors
Collaborate with Camp Director
Ensure joyful program
Act as manager on duty
Assist with managing rotations
Cover duties as needed
Facilitate curriculum
Participate in camp activities
Participate in chants
Promote vibrant camp spirit
Promote exemplary customer service
Manage Summer Interns
Coordinate coverage during breaks
Oversee responsibilities during Extended Care
Complete administrative tasks
Prioritize daily tasks
Maintain camper safety
Continue leadership development
Build leadership skills
Complete online training
