Assistant Buyer - Freshful by eMAG What you’ll have to do: Support Commercial team in everyday tasks; Timely upload of information in the ︈ dedicated software interfaces; Preparing reports for commercial team; Respecting the predefined deadlines; Prepare, insert and maintain accurate/ update data in back-office systems; Check data and follow up with the team in order to have accurate information in the system; Understand, analyze and interpret market data information; Contract mаnаgеmеnt: corresponding with suppliers, getting аppropriаtе signаturеs, filling of contrаcts, monitoring of contrаcting stages; Check and follow-up with suppliers for : invoices,deviations for goods, stock updates and shipments. Keeping and maintaining the BU's archive of e-documents. What makes you a good fit: Very good knowledge of MS Office package, mainly Excel and PowerPoint; Good command of English; Data driven person; Problem-solver, applying analytical skills to business; Analytic, organized person, able to deliver performance under stress; Strong attention to details; High degree of communication; Ability to meet targets and deadlines.
