What You'll Do.
Control building machinery and equipment operation
Create staff work schedules for system maintenance
Inspect equipment lifespan and maintenance schedules
Develop maintenance plans for all building machinery and equipment
Ensure adherence to maintenance plans and manuals
Inspect building areas for safety from accidents
Prepare and manage inventory of spare parts
Control and monitor utility consumption for efficiency and cost savings
Implement energy conservation plans
Coordinate with relevant departments
and government agencies
Analyze causes of system damage or malfunction
Propose solutions and repair methods for system issues
Report damages and propose repair details (TOR) to the client
Coordinate and manage subcontractors for building maintenance
Handle repair requests from tenants
Maintain records of system operation
Prepare system operation and safety instructions
Provide high-level technical support to property management teams
Plan system maintenance
Train technicians on equipment repair and maintenance
Oversee contractor work and renovation projects
Define maintenance and renovation conditions according to regulations
Address technical expectations from building owners
Manage the work of on-site technicians
Schedule technician teams for property services
Develop technician training programs
Coordinate with Operations Managers / Building Managers
Assist Building Managers in selecting contractors for cost control
Prepare project budgets for maintenance
and service contracts
Maintain records of spare parts and equipment procurement
Maintain records of tools and equipment
Provide 24-hour emergency services
