Evaluate possibility of losses

Work with underwriters on new risks

Ensure required information is obtained

Issue and re-issue certificates

Coordinate and correspond with departments

Investigate and resolve issues

Follow up on outstanding items

Assist in training personnel

Instruct and train processors

Ensure correspondence is documented
