A deal can be anywhere from a social media post to securing sweat equity in a new start up. The assistant role is fast-paced. **_Key responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:_** * Handling a high volume of email traffic * Understanding of platforms to collect clients’ demographics and analytics * Handling logistics to execute a closed deal * Compiling information in department and agent’s tracking systems * Proficient in creating client materials and lists * In-depth research projects for agents as required * Preparing information for internal and client meetings * Other ad hoc duties as they arise **The Person** The ideal candidate will be professional, presentable, and passionate about the brand partnership space.
