Must Have
Five or more years of bank branch or operations experience, High school diploma or equivalent, Must become licensed with NMLS registration within 60 days, Meet Bank training requirements

Resolve exceptions and escalated problems
Manage branch Teller staff
Schedule Teller staff
Conduct Teller performance appraisals
Calculate Teller bonuses
Manage Teller customer service levels
Set customer service expectations
Maintain high branch customer service
Address Teller behavior
Assign daily/weekly/monthly referral goals
Provide coaching to Tellers
Teach banking product basics
Participate in managerial responsibilities for Personal Bankers
Sit in on sales coaching sessions
Sit in on customer service meetings
Sit in on branch sales meetings
Partner on Personal Banking interviews
Partner on performance meetings
Partner on corrective action
Resolve escalated Personal Banking customer issues
Make check disbursement decisions
Make cash disbursement decisions
Coach staff for supervisor absence back-up
Cross train as Personal Banker
Participate in in-house training sessions
Work in a teller window
Complete required reports
Assist other branch staffing needs
Maintain high customer service
Maintain knowledge of bank products
Maintain knowledge of bank services
