What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of three years progressive experience in a financial institution, Minimum of one years’ experience in a leadership role, Working knowledge in all aspects of financial institution products and services
Nice to Have
Associates degree in Business Administration or related field, demonstrated skills in coaching, mentoring, delegation and operations, preferably in a financial services environment

Provide leadership and oversight for daily operations
Ensure member service is delivered according to standards
Enhance member experience and seek feedback
Ensure branch performance and efficient operations
Provide oversight and support of branch functions
Build and maintain partnerships with back office departments
Provide coaching to team members
Manage member feedback
Maintain member service standards
Identify and manage opportunities to enhance member service
Provide back-up support to staff
Identify process improvements and operational enhancements
