Post-Secondary Education (College or University), Retail Brokerage Experience with minimum of 2 years Investment Advisor experience or similar experience, Demonstrated experience in dealing with ambiguity and managing multiple operations and servicing activities in a fast paced environment., Ability to engage a diverse team that includes branch staff, middle office and internal and external partners, Experience in managing multiple priorities and in dealing with challenging and sometimes complex situations to drive success., Proven experience in leading a team, coaching and developing and motivating others., Decisive and Results Driven, Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam, CIRE
Nice to Have
BM license preferred, RBC Dominion Securities experience, WM Operations and Financial Industry background
