Delegates tasks to execute and fully complete assigned projects. Coordinates communication with customer during all phases of the project. Coordinates the work of subcontractors. **How you will do it:** * Define scope, budget and schedule for projects * Device project implementation methodology * Plan and oversee work schedule for the multiple small to medium scale project under responsibility, in coordination with supervisor. * Identify potential project risks and recommend appropriate resolutions * Establish effective communication with customer * Track and update progress, task and project health to supervisors * Ensure and monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications. * Perform regular quality audit for all the suppliers and sub-contractors. * Identify and secure variation order. * Cost control. Track, monitor and ensure delivery of financial commitment as per CIS. * Managing reports and documents * Work closely with Sales team for tender bidding * Supervision of sub-contractors’ work at site. *
