What You'll Achieve.
Ensure and monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications; Track, monitor and ensure delivery of financial commitment as per CIS
Industry & Context.
Identify potential project risks and recommend appropriate resolutions
Need to work odd hours as and when required

Must Have
minimum 3 years relevant working experience in BMS project, Excel, Word, Project

Act as on-site project leader
and complete projects
Delegate tasks to execute projects
Coordinate communication with customer
Coordinate work of subcontractors
Device project implementation methodology
Plan and oversee work schedule
Identify potential project risks
Establish effective communication with customer
Track and update progress
Ensure and monitor compliance
Perform regular quality audit
Identify and secure variation order
Manage reports and documents
Work closely with Sales team
Supervise sub-contractors’ work
Schedule purchase and deliveries
Assign task to Assistant Project Engineer
Supervise Assistant Project Engineer
Assign task to Technician
Follow-up on payment from customers
Verify payment to suppliers
Provide first year maintenance warranty
Hand over project to customer
Hand over project to service team
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate communication with customer; Coordinate the work of subcontractors; Work closely with Sales team; Supervision of sub-contractors’ work at site; Assign task to, and supervise Assistant Project Engineer, Technician, if any; Train customer; Hand over project to customer and later to service team
