What You'll Do.
and supervise the Banquet team to ensure exceptional service standards.
Coordinate and oversee banquet operations
including VIP events and special functions.
Prepare staff schedules while maintaining labor cost guidelines.
Ensure proper event setup
and smooth coordination with Catering
and other departments.
Communicate directly with event hosts to ensure all function requirements are met successfully.
Monitor team performance
and adherence to Four Seasons standards.
Handle banquet administration
Coordinate with third-party vendors and support operational requirements as needed.
