What You'll Do.
Assist the Baker with preparing and baking goods
Follow approved recipes
and product directions
Restock pastry shelves and maintain supply
Ensure quality of baked goods meets standards
Support consistent food quality
Comply with food hygiene and Food Safety regulations
and sanitize bakery equipment
Assist with proper storage
Support the Baker and culinary team
